In the context of food analysis, microwave laboratory instruments can deliver precise results within minutes and are also extremely easy to operate. In addition, toxic, corrosive and environmentally hazardous chemicals can be dispensed with, which in turn significantly increases occupational safety.

Maxim Diel from CEM presents the following applicative solutions on the Big Four/Big Eight of food labeling, § 64 LFGB and for internal quality control:
