Automated protein digestion and sample preparation for MS-based proteomics

Sample preparation and protein digestion is highly susceptible to contamination, pipetting errors, and general user dependent variations when part of a manual workflow. However, high reproducibility is crucial for generating consistent and valid results.

This webinar will introduce a fully automated system for enzymatic protein digestion (in solution or in-gel) that eliminates the above-mentioned experimental errors and accelerates sample processing speed for increased throughput, but low running costs. In addition, sample clean-up (desalting and concentration) and optional MALDI spotting can be included in the automated procedure.

Any proteomics lab performing in-gel or in-solution digestion, or subsequent sample preparation will benefit from viewing this presentation.
